As of this moment the forms are all still in place.

This building is emphatically on-point.

It does everything - or very nearly so - right.

WP is just very well done - this development is truly living up to its great promise (naysayers fixated on hopes for taller buildings may not be persuaded, but that's fine). High expectations for the final piece in WPS to bring it all together with an exclamation point. I think they will be met.

As an aside, WPE was used as scene in this week's episode of the new USA drama Pearson (which thus far has its moments).

From the look of some of the formwork around the core earlier this week, I do believe that the core has now officially topped-out.

That would be the best view, all day long.

Here comes WPS to throw shade.

Terrible use of land space.

F_off imo

get ready for some gross shade effect

Screw that

Shade is great

Screw the sun. We see the sun everywhere. But in the center of the city, the sun needs to be blocked by pillars of human achievement.

Well the entire Riverwalk is shaded by high-rises and we can all see no one EVER goes there. So we need to demolish the skyscrapers to let in the sun!

Hey, we all have an opinion, right? No big deal.

Maybe it won't matter in the end, but just wait to see the effect WPS has on Wolf Point and WPE and the entire river corridor. It is what it is.

As long it's big though. Yay!

Oh, yea, ask the owners at WPW how they feel about WPS coming soon. So dumb, imo. /greedy

Fantastic last pic WPW. Like how you even captured the plane ala HC with his timed train photos. Nice work!

Once SB's Michigan Ave tower is built just north of C + C building, the gap between Aqua and Vista will be slightly filled.

Agree. One thing Chicago does not lack for is sun-baked acreage and view corridors. I vote for more shade.
