Shame to see the Carbide & Carbon get covered up, but overall seems like it'll be a decent building imo. Like the new Essex House's younger sibling.

It was a good 92 years while it lasted. I think the new building works well. I also like having a new hotel on Michigan Ave.

^^^ Shame those V braces are such a blah color. As the only ornamentation on an otherwise featureless stump, a bolder color would have done a lot to give it some personality.

I usually prefer a more conservative appearance, but having those v braces in ferrari red would have looked pretty cool.

They should just have a more metallic, shiny cladding. And the corner one should line up properly. That bothers me.
