I can’t wait til this tower topped and finished. It will change Milwaukee skyline even more along with other 333 N Water street tower in the 3rd ward area. I hope it will attract other investors to build more towers here in downtown area by the Lake Michigan!

I heard about a few days ago on Milwaukee TV news saying Northwestern Mutual Insurance plans to tear down north tower a grey building with pyramid top shape built in 1990 and build a all new glass tower like the recent one recently built in 2017. Has anyone heard any more news about this one? It is very interesting one. Heard also they’re moving personal to temporary offices in Franklin while they are tearing down old one and build a new one. $500 million is planned for tearing down and building a new

I now understand it is to renovate the existing 1990 building to all glass. I did not catch everything on the TV news just caught it at the last minute. I know they have torn down the first one and build a completely new one and thought they were going to do the same thing to north tower. Thank you for correcting me.
