TEL AVIV | Azrieli Spiral Tower | 1,083 FT | 91 FLOORS

Height: 1,083 ft | 330 m
Floor count: 91
Location: 134 Menachem Begin Road
Construction end: 2025
Architect: Kohn Pedersen Fox, Eli Attia Architects, Moshe Zur Architects
Developer: Azrieli Group LTD

Israel is finally getting a supertall, although at least two more have already been approved. As it stands now, this tower will be 91 meters taller than the current tallest in the country (the Azrieli Sarona Tower nearby). There are a few conflicting sources about the height... when first announced, it was believed to be 350 meters, the KPF website lists 340 meters, and Emporis and other sources seem to have settled on 330 meters (which is what I'll put here).

The Azrieli mall will be expanded at the base. They are currently finishing up excavation work and beginning work on the foundation.

It's like the Spiral in NY, but an actual spiral.

Is this under-construction?

I wonder if you'll be able to see the Gaza Strip from the top floors.

I never realized Tel Aviv had such a beautiful skyline. This supertall should complement it nicely. I can't wait to see the finished product!

That's a gorgeous design. It reminds me a bit of the Library Tower in Los Angeles for some reason. It vaguely resembles it.

Nah, it's a spiral mate. That tower is a simple round circle with nothing special about it. Yawn.. This thing needs to be built in LA.

Also, Bjark Ingles, this is what a Spiral looks like

Is that caisson going all the way into the ground? If so, with the addition of the pit, that's gotta be 200ft+ into the ground from the surface. That's amazing.

Israel's tallest and they go with the Babel theme. Not what I would have done but whatever...
