These three 1,400 ft+ buildings are the new towers that are nearing completion, and ready to add some light to the skyline...

Considering how thin this building is, the crown is enormous. Would have been a cool observation deck. But no room for elevators and such.

The time for amazing supertalls is now!

I am SO pumped to see this lit up in person! I think the crown and terracotta lighting are going to make this my fav of the recent supertalls! Only weeks away til this one also shines at night!

Yes, I hope the lighting is nice. This tower needs to shine as well.

Another world-class building for the crown jewel city of the US. Makes you wonder what the architectural limits in height will be for buildings in the future... seems like there is no end to how tall we can push them.

I know for Manhattan in particular, where there is little land available, and what is is expensive, they’ve shown that you don’t need large pieces of land - as long as you are in the right location.

This tower is freakin' incredible.

I hope, before I pass away, Midtown has a couple dozen of such super-skinny supertall residentials.

Can't get enough of Steinway, it represents everything about reaching for the sky. I'm amazed every time I see it.

Some slightly older screen grabs...

200 Amsterdam in the background almost looks like a miniature version of 111.
