Market is a little different than east Girard though. Everything on Market Street closes by 5:00 except for Hanks which closes at 8-9. Market is bleak during the day but it's really desolate at night. Cooper is ok because it always has more people around because it's adjacent to the campus.

This is great news. New residential stock is critical to the work/live/play principal. Occupancy ready expected in April 2019. I wonder how many other residential proposals we’ll see in the meantime.

Camden is still a steal compared to most core Philadelphia neighborhoods. Going on the Victor website, it looks like nice 1 bedrooms over 900 square feet are around $1,300. Commute to Philly is incredibly quick. I'm ready to see Camden take off as a satellite city and more affordable option. These may be more as it will probably be a lot nicer than the Victor. But I'm sure it will still be a bargain to comparable housing stock in Philly. Also, really cheap condos: http://www.mmdevelopmentllc.com/inde...ooper-building

I have a feeling that most of these renters won't even be commuting to Philly. So many jobs coming to Camden in the next couple years that it can be a largely self-contained live-work area. So much potential, I drive around there every couple weeks and there's just tons of vacant land between the river and 676.

Maybe a good investment property locale. Get while the getting is cheap.

Today there was a fog over the Delaware River as the remaining ice drifted down. The views from Penn's Landing and the Bridge were exceptional, but also rather creepy. The Battleship New Jersey looked like a ghost ship. Anyway, I have a few pics.

We have a tower crane base! It is next to the larger of the two massive parking garages so it looks like they will be starting on one of the high rises as soon as the garage is done. Sorry I couldn't snap a picture, rainy days and PATCO windows don't make for great pictures.

Nice! Looking at the renderings, it appears as though that's the shorter of the two. Either way, it's nice to see a crane in Camden.
