Will likely be similar to St. Regis, slight variance on each floor. I can't imagine it would slow down the cadence of floor plate pouring but who knows..

Not quite. We are in the recess at the amenity floors right now. The next floor to be formed will be the first to be shaped like a standard tower floor, but will all of the column and utility transfers taking place will probably be anything but standard. Probably another couple weeks before we get a sense of what the pace of construction will be.

According to the latest article by Urbanize, they're on a 3 day pour schedule and are expecting to be topped out next summer.

With McHugh Concrete pushing a three day pour cycle for the structure, topping out is expected for summer 2023. Partial occupancy will follow in early 2024, with completion expected for late summer 2024.

I'm going to assume that is 3 standard workdays, which means they would have roughly 8 months to go if they held strictly to that and topping out sometime after the beginning of June.

The façade is looking great thus far, this will make a huge impact on the southern skyline.

I swear the crane wasn't static. It was very active and I just caught it in the same spot.

Hey, strangers! Been a while. I've had an incredibly busy years shooting most finished projects - and moving - so I've slacked on construction progress work and/or can't share those photos yet, but here's a drone shot I took of 1000M this AM

^ nice!

And welcome back!

Great to see that the core is now definitely above 910 S Michigan.

Looks like it needs a crane jump.

Ran by this in the morning and saw the curved formwork in the SE corner. It's like the GC saying, don't worry guys, this thing isn't just another box.
