Quilmeño89's Drawings

Hey there! Here I am going to show some of my drawings.
My goal is to achieve the greatest possible resemblance between drawing and reality. It's not always possible, but I try.

I start with my 10 best drawings for Mar del Plata:

Thanks, Anders! You have a great collection of churches and ancient structures in your diagram, and a lot of pre-1940 buildings, which are among my favourites, architecturally speaking.

Pre-1940s buildings are also interesting because they're less common. I'm really more interested in the historical timelines rather than the standard diagrams.

I actually started drawing for SSP once, because I wanted a drawing for my hometown's main church and I knew nobody else would draw it.

It's pretty much the same as me: I started drawing here because I saw that there were two or three entries from my city, but probably no one would be interested in drawing them. Now my city has almost 300 entries and drawings (I need to upload some). And then I also began to be interested in other types of recognizable structures in each city in my country, not only highrises.

I'm also interested in the historical timeline, because it's a way to reflect the evolution of cities and compare them decade by decade.
