Surprised and not surprised to see Houston so high. Surprised it's higher than some of the more prominent global cities but not surprised judging by how many affluent people I personally know.

And here in the Bay Area, everyone is rich...

Fun fact: the top zip code in the US for millennial millionaires isn't somewhere in New York or California. It's Traverse City, Michigan (at least, it was in 2019, when this report came out).
