No change for either. They've just been reorientated.

Nice!

I like the color and the top a lot. The height is okay but great for that area.

I like it! It will be a nice addition close to Odgen Ave. It will really bring that area to life. I feel like there could be a potential for the second tower to increase their height later on if Phase 1 is successful.

Massing is less slab-like. Definitely an improvement.

I preferred continuity to the base of the old version vs. the "plopped on top" look of this new iteration, but build it!

Parking ratio stinks. Timeline is exciting though.

Amazing, thanks for sharing! I know people were shitting on the fake silos but you have to admit they add a nice flourish to the future West Loop skyline, which is looking predominantly flat-topped

^ An update to the West Loop design guidelines should require future construction to include rooftop water tanks

I'd be cool with old school rooftop water towers making a comeback.

Love it, push that skyline west!

The top looks a bit clunkier than some of the earlier renderings (namely the ones on the first page), but as Toasty Joe mentioned a few posts above, its a nice departure from the typical flat top roofs we've been seeing in the West Loop boom.

That's going to be some amazing height all the way out by Ogden Ave.
