are all the partition walks pre-fabbed? I Haven't seen anything quite like this. I suppose this cuts labor time significantly.

I believe they're using pre-fab partitions in the National going up in Old City as well. I can't believe how fast that one coming together, so I think you're hypothesis around labor time is dead-on.

This is a new structural system where some of the partitions are load bearing and include structural studs. Not all of the partitions will be prefabricated.

This system was also used at the Lincoln on Washington Ave and a development on the 300 block of Race. Hopefully the labor savings will lead to more midrise buildings going up across the city.

Can you explain the advantages? My guess is that this means less time needed to construct because you aren't erecting steel and then fireproofing and covering all that steel with partitions as you fit out the steel shell. I assume these prefab panels already have required hour rating per code so you save all the time and money associated with spray on protection operations.

I never looked this up on the map. I didn't realize it was this close to the Mormon temple. Great infill for north of Vine street.
