EDMONTON | Canadian Western Bank HQ | 56 M | 16 FLOORS

A new image of the 4th tower for the arena district, a 45-50 storey 160m apartment on top of the western bit of the plaza. That will be Edmonton's second tallest residential. Still about a yr or 2 off though.

^ Yes, and no, in that order. Also hearing it may end up being in the 190m range, but I'm skeptical of that.

What is the maintenance fee per square foot for this condo going to be?

Originally 50-55 storeys horse's mouth, then reduced, but now apparently it might be taller.

No idea, sales haven't even begun for this tower yet.

Great photos as always. If you have more please share. I had a lot of memories as a kid taking to bus from here. And if though the building will probably be gone in a week or two I will miss it if only for the nostalgia factor alone...

^ There were huge gaps in the fences and I was very tempted to go inside for some final photos, but there were also lots of workers around and I really didn't feel like getting into trouble.

Nothing much around there but a good temporary location.

^ I don't think it's temporary...

It may turn out to be pretty good once the Blatchford development, er, takes off, but that level of build-out is many many years away. As it is it's a pretty terrible and inaccessible location for many Greyhound users.
