Related was pushing for 80/20 legislation (tax breaks) in Springfield to move several of their projects forward. Now that
the 80/20 law has passed, I'm guessing these will get off the starting block. The tax break offsets the costly affordable-housing requirements in the city's ARO.
Related knows how to take advantage of this tax break, since they also work in NYC where they've had a similar program for several years.
I'm pulling for 725 W Randolph but I think that one may take longer, with the Equinox brand cachet seriously tarnished (the most luxurious way to catch Covid!).
