The city looks fine but it would look a lot nicer with a streetcar in it.

I originally read it like a bizarre name for a law firm or something. Who would put woodmen and toast together for the name of a building?

It looks like you took this picture on the bridge over the mall, how is construction going on the mall (a linear open space, not a shopping mall)?

It was completed last July. The other 2 parks along the riverfront (Heartland of America Park and Lewis & Clark Landing) are scheduled for completion this summer.

Also as an update note on this picture, the short 4 story building in the foreground (the library) is now gone and construction has begun on Mutual of Omaha's new headquarters, which will be the tallest building in the city when completed at 677 feet.
