I would say 50/50ish. There are rumors of another tower in the works after Astra is complete. I think I heard that one's supposed to be taller than Astra? But, with the economy the way it is, who knows.

Two things are apparent to me: 1) SLC needs more trees and green space downtown and 2) the empty Moda Luxe site really sticks out
