They'd basically have to expand to an area the size of all of University City, with a hundred or more buildings, to approach the size and scope of the Texas Medical Center. It would be as if ALL of the medical institutions in and around Philly--Penn, CHOP, Jefferson, Temple, Cooper, Fox Chase, Wills, VA, etc.--plus all of the medical, nursing, and dental schools, were located together in one 2-square-mile neighborhood. That's basically what Texas Medical Center is and, again, it's truly unique in the world.
