Somehow I found the buildings concrete contractor through a social media post...
Just to clear the air... they are the concrete finishing sub only. With regards to the concrete structure, the GC piecemealed the work out. There are multiple companies performing each part of the concrete work.

The company I work for is performing all the formwork.

I don't think holidays and weather changes will slow it down too much either
I can shed a little light on this...the schedule is a 7-day turn-around on each residential floor up until 26, then it goes to a 5-day turn-around. So it's moving. Based on my current schedule, the last concrete deck pour should on or about June 12th (assuming there are no more weather, etc. delays). It was originally going to be faster, but you can't get concrete delivered on Saturdays anymore.

This is great info. Thank you for sharing. When you say a 7 day turn-around, is that 7 working days, not including Saturday?

That means every 7 working days a floor is complete. Currently working 6 days a week.

So one floor every 8 calendar days, not including holidays.

I think they've actually added a floor since that photo was taken.

Its getting a little trickier for me to count the floors since they've started to add cladding and nets but today I counted them on the 15th floor which seems to be almost finished. It does also look like they're prepping the 16th floor too which I'm pretty sure is the exact halfway point in the buildings height, talk about fast progress !

I’m still pretty sure that’s the 16th floor they’re working on right now (or the base of the 17th floor depending on how you look at it). It looks like it’s 10 levels above the 6- story garage and according to the renders that means it’s standing at 185’ right now (the approximate halfway point of the building)

On the webcam it looks like they're active on the 18th floor.

Sure does! Pretty soon the Milam building will be (mostly) obscured on there which really just highlights the rapid progress on this. I think that 18 is the floor where it reaches over 200ft also!
