Yes ATL has many beautiful neighborhoods throughout the city, Mabe when you come back here you will get a longer stay and see much more. Decatur is another nice area, Inman park, the neighborhoods over off of Cheshire bridge road and piedmont rd, Ansley woods, old 4th ward, Etc. The Vinings is nice as well.

In case anyone missed it, they knocked down about half the buildings last Thursday. I took a peek a couple of times over the weekend but there didn't appear to be any further progress by then.

Very happy something is going here, but this design is so generic and basic. Looks super cheap. Sigh...

It seems as though subcontractors are submitting bids right now.

Unless they're able to snag a single tenant for the entire building, it's dead. There's no office leasing right now, and there's no sign of that changing anytime soon. The office market is very much in a recession and not recovering from Covid and remote work.

Anyone think there's a chance this large GA TECH Marta friendly footprint gets reconfigured to residential use - even hotel included -? Maybe a joint venture with current owner??

Seems like apartment occupancy very high in nearby apts and a few condos though hotel occupancy likely still sub pre-Covid

What forum is Everyone on now? Is it connected to skyscrapers page or a different page! I have not been checking in on this form in awhile. I usually make what page I was last on and it seems this page hasn’t went to
Much further since I logged on a month or two ago. Page 730.

Nice, I drove by there last weekend, it’s definitely coming along well., Can’t wait for that whole area to rise up hill n the Gulch to southern end of downtown where there was a proposal for a bunch of towers over looking I 20 & I 75 corridor or to the west of I 75 along I 20 downtown.
