Why couldn’t the building immediately north of this be demolished? Why did it have to stay? Why, god, why?

It may be an out-of-fashion design but it's not a bad design. We will be happy it's still standing in 20 years.

I like the setback on this one.

I don't think that feature was very obvious from the renders. It will give the building a bit of texture and make it feel like less of a square glass box.
