Agree, the park is well done and adds a nice break in the density that doesn't feel out of place or temporary.

OT, but a Home Goods or Home Sense would do well in the former Target space. Beneficial to the hundreds of new nearby renters and less of a shoplifting/loitering issue than a Target or Wawa.

I really wish Target would've waited around until that other side of the street was complete. However, I will say that there are far too many folks with housing setups on that Target/Liquor store side of the street. Every time I walk down there...it's a scene.
