Where is this project located with the "Soul Spa" placeholder. Is this the project that was announced near Meadowbrook & Fondren?

I know right now it may not be likely but I believe in my city and I know that better days are ahead. Jackson will rise like a phoenix from the ashes. It’s burning now but it will rise. The corrupt governor and mayor from both political parties may have her (Jackson) down now but I truly believe Jackson can be the next big city from the Deep South.
