A couple from Thursday, September 2nd.

One more storey to come on this one. The scale looks pretty good as you walk westbound on the south side of King. Would be great to see more corner properties off of King get this treatment...

What weird looking additions in the render.
There are 2 rectangular pieces sticking out from the front.
What looks like a trim at the top which doesn't seem to serve any function and might possible be an ugly design choice.
Then what looks like 2 antennas sticking up at the top?

Is this whole thing some sort of antenna/5G mechanism? It looks too odd to be a design choice, and looks purposely built for some sort of function.

The diagrams in the original post say they're flagpoles.

I love the little octagonal windows... I don't recall noticing them in the renders, but they were there (rounder perhaps). And I don't mind that "floating" trim either, it does make the building stand out a bit from others on the street. But I can't imagine flags being flown on those poles.

Odd they would go out of their way to include the flagpoles in the render but not take the extra step to include the flags.

Haven't you heard? You're not allowed to be patriotic anymore.. you might offend someone lol..

There used to be flags flown on almost every building downtown in the past.. now you barely can find a single one.

Apparently they're cladding it in metal. Hopefully it's not ugly as hell.
