I like the 350' height, which I think is the same height of the Link which is 30 stories.

That's an incredible height for that lot. I had no idea it could go up to 500'. It would really make that area dense.

Started thinking it could be a typo. Got curious and took a quick peak of the downtown height zone map. The portion of the lot where the tower is proposed just BARELY squeeks into the 1600' MSL zone. So around 500' is correct. Too bad it won't get close to that height. But 350' isn't bad either. This and Thunderbird (if built at it's proposed height) could add some good height around TSA.

Another inch in the journey. Fresh permitting activity referencing the rehab of the Barrister building into condos + a 29 story condo tower and adjacent townhomes.
