Blanco Cantina is set to open in the former La Bodega location on Albert on June 12. Same chain group as Montana's and Swiss Chalet.

Owner is the former owner of Twenty Ten. Looks like he's going for a chain restaurant & visible location this time for more stability.

Not sure what's happening with the old Twenty Ten yet. It's a unique situation with the small restaurant footprint and moving food & staff up and down the elevator to the rooftop patio.

The Winchester Group bought the property directly from the "development manager" the city hired, rather than putting it to bid.

OEB is far superior.

Rumor has it that it's going in next to the Wendy's on South Albert. (The old Fenders/Pasta Prima/The Nest site).
