Owner is the former owner of Twenty Ten. Looks like he's going for a chain restaurant & visible location this time for more stability.
Not sure what's happening with the old Twenty Ten yet. It's a unique situation with the small restaurant footprint and moving food & staff up and down the elevator to the rooftop patio.
Are they just a hipster version of Cora's without the fruit?
OEB is far superior.
