Pretty sure there is a thread?

Anyway, I really wish we had a webcam. So much going on down there. Pretty sure the student tower is at street level.

I really could not find a thread, this is a massive project, and yes, cannot believe their is not an OXBlue cam...

I was thinking there was a thread for this too ? I guess not.

I noticed the base for two cranes were on the student tower site a few days ago. I haven't been by since they've gone up.

I just realized that we haven't seen anything on the Spring street side of the block.

I wonder if they will emulate the other developments on Spring and put a massive parking garage Hopefully since that is their front door with Ga Tech they will make it appropriate. I wonder what side of the building their service dock will be at...

The two NS towers plus the student tower take up the entirety of the block. Thinking that parking is underground. You could have just a couple levels of parking and accommodate a ton of vehicles. But, it’s true they haven’t really shown much detail of the Spring St side. Has the student tower developer shown anything beyond their actual building in renderings?

I think that I remember a rendering of the Spring Street side of the development shortly after the news broke for the project. From what I remember, the parking structure was rather well integrated into the overall project… for the most part. I believe that the entrance/exit was definitely off of Spring Street.

I would post a picture, but the process has become more cumbersome than I remember it being from before.

Yeah, those are the renderings that I remember!

I imagine that the "cube" in between the NS development and the dorm/apartment project must be the parking structure.

In the close-up images, it seems to have a similar surface treatment typical of other parking structures being developed - so my guess is that it must be the parking component.

I like how we’re seeing more cranes with the vertical booms. I take it to mean we’re getting denser.

Are they not going to clad the parking deck on the southern face of Anthem. I know it’s going to be shielded by their 2nd Tower but looks bad.

The parking decks of the two buildings will be butting up against each other, maybe even connected, so it won't be exposed at all. They've already built the first floor or two, so you can see how it'll look from the West Peachtree side.

Certainly a complex project. I wonder if they'll incorporate the student housing tower into the complex in some way. They basically share the same block.

This one is really going up quick. I think it took CODA much longer to get to street level.
