No rendering. Most info came out publicly when Rockefeller also bought into the condo project of 1105 WP. They also bought the 1072 WP location for a large price. Believe it is/was intended for office and residential.

Kind of amusing (in a pathetic sort of way) that the USPS didn't print the correct address.

Here is a pic of the south side.

Here is the Post Office "lot" which is catercorner across W Peachtree.

Here is the parcel straight across 12th St where they have their office. Thought this may be the Phase II.

Isn't Selig's offices on Spring Street behind the 14th and Spring development?

Something is just off here. Having the 'X' cut across balconies seems really strange to me.

IMO they botched the design. Balconies if included should’ve been on the Easter a sm western facades only. North and south should’ve had bracing all the way day.

FWIW, I think phase II is to the east of 1105 WP, not south or southwest. Selig is gathering parcels recently across the street to the east. I suspect we’ll see development there in addition to the Rockefeller project to the southwest (postal service site).

Yeah, it looks stubby, like it was meant to be 50% taller.

No need to suspect, they announced it a while back.

Makes sense and my 2 cents is since 13th St. is more like an alley with some houses converted to small business. It is even cut off from Peachtree St. by an oddly placed parking lot. On 12th St. there are just a few small masonry office type buildings. This area is getting "smothered" from all around and is becoming a little cubby hole.

That tan colored office is not phase 2. Phase 2 is the block that has Pasta de Pulcinela

A little up close and personal. Looks decent from this angle. Still a little industrial and asymmetric.

I'm going to have to disagree on the decent aspect. The cross-bracing on the podium part is a bit cartoonish and even more gimmicky than the cross-bracing on the towers.

I understand it was likely Google's desire to add the inset balconies to create more outdoor spaces on their floors, but I agree with a previous commenter that it could have been more effectively done on the east/west sides of the tower.

The sites in the foreground will see a lot of activity in the next few years.

Nothing new to show. Just a pic from yesterday. Also pic of the alley just east and where Phase II may go.

They have removed the overheard pedestrian protection, so all overhead exterior must be complete.
