The skyline has been getting taller on average too. Relative to many other American Cities, some of the projects coming out and in the pipeline would be signature towers for a lot of locales. I wish Miami the best, and may the boom live on!!!
The city is a great place. I think for those that don't think so, and haven't visited it, just go there, you'll know what I mean. The food, the towers, the water, the latina's, the heritage, the cars... its a bonanza.
