I will say between the existing high-rises and the new ones filling in the gaps, North Broad is turning into a monster.

Love it! Can't wait until North Broad is built out from City Hall to Temple. Going to be incredible honestly.

As this goes up, the cladding looks less bad. I like it.

Paint the gray panels black and I'm on board.

(kidding of course but black would have been better to me)

It really does fit in quite nicely architecturally. I'm not 100% sold on the materials but honestly not too shabby. I like it, solid project. Kinda great in context even.

The block immediately north needs to be redeveloped - once that's done, Spring Garden to City Hall will look solid.

The arched windows on the low-rise building are a nice upgrade from the original plans.

The brick panels look not great… like the arched windows on the low rise though.

Yeah this building really makes me sad. I don't think they could have made the prefab brick panel gaps larger if they tried. It's an eclectic mix of brick and bright white metal panels that looks way too busy for me.
