It was building the wrong dams in the wrong locations and the partnerships that the speNDP regime entered into with First Nations, couple that with the ridiculous Bipole 3 scenic transmission line.
Conawapa should have been the first dam built after Limestone.
The speNDP pissed away Manitobas greatest assest!
