The taller tower will have an extra tall level up top, maybe for a bar/restaurant? or more likely just a space for the residents to use since having a restaurant up top would mean having a separate elevator from the podium up to just to that floor. I'm hoping for a bar/restaurant, but I'm not betting on it.
