^ Yea I would need to see in person.

It could be an intentional pattern of angles or likely sloppy installation, especially because those look like spacers about 8 stories up.

Definitely not an intentional pattern of angles, although I wish that were the case lol. Kind of surprising to me that the builder wouldn’t take the extra time to line each panel up. Can those tag ends be cut off?

That all might be punch list stuff that hasn't gotten taken care of just yet.

^ Yes, they are temporary.

Let us know if notice façade punch list work.

Well that’s good to know. Still disappointed the builder didn’t line up the panels going up. This is the kind of building that will stay on the Philly skyline for a very long time. No reason not to take the time to get the details right. Especially something so noticeable from street level.

If you think that's bad, get a close up shot of the west side of the CTC lantern

TonyV-your Arthaus drone shots are sick. And those terraces are amazing outdoor spaces and seem to indicate someone has moved in with patio furniture and planter boxes with plants/trees in them. This is definitely Dranoff's crown jewel...something he should be very proud of.

I just realized, No pool???? WTF? Millions of dollars, and no pool unless its indoor? But who wants an indoor pool on a skyscraper condo?

There is an indoor 75 ft. lap pool. These are private residences and not apartment where an outdoor pool is great for socialization and partying it up. I prefer the indoor one with year round use plus they have all the other outdoor amenities they offer here.

I've been waiting for an aerial just like that of this tower and The Laurel, just so I can see the roofing equipment and so I can accurately 3d model it. This is what I currently have for Arthaus
