Really interested to see the facade on this start to rise. From those renderings I have no idea what to expect. Could be fantastic, could be awful. Time will tell.

^^^So weird to see a high rise in front of Society Hill Towers. They’ve dominated the skyline along the Delaware for quite some time. I like it though…

Just drove past this otw to work and the cladding is going up! Looks really good and very close to the renderings. I’m excited for this one!!

Are the floor heights (between slabs) taller than the Society Hill Towers?
I know heights have increased since the 60s.

^Nice update - I think we will have a better picture of the look/quality once the first 3 floor section is completed - as this curtain wall is basically - 3 floor/block segments.
