^^Didn't previously realize it had balconies. While I question the usefulness of balconies in SF's windy, cold climate, I think in this case they add to the aesthetic appeal of the building exterior.

Kind of has a deck of cards in mid-shuffle feel to it. In a good way.

Agreed. Those photos along with more repetition of the "twist", plus more skin is a huge improvement.

Also, regarding the balconies, agreed, in every way.

Getting close. I think your estimate is accurate. I wish it was only 1/4 of the way there.

As is the case with too many other buildings, its beautiful side faces the bay while it turns its back toward the City and those of us who see it the most.

Let's wait for it to be finished first before we decide on that!

I’m confused by this, theoretically all four sides should look basically the same. Are you referring to the fact that the low rise portion blocks part of the tower when viewed from the west?

No...the back doesn’t look like the front (East side) to me. Isn’t it more concave on the front?

I don't think so. I think that's an optical illusion in the photos perhaps. I think the tower is essentially the same on all 4 sides. I also thought your comment had to do with the base.
