What do you do on a long flight from Beijing to Chicago?

What do you do?

Beijing Skyline:

UA used to use 777 on this long leg. Now it's an outdated 747..

Series in Extreme Boredom:

A very long way to go:

No wonder I feel cold...

Madison, WI! YA!

Now my town..

Thanks for watching (and sharing my boredom)..

It's 13-14 hours depending on wind.

I could never handle a flight that long unless I was in first class. And even then I don't know if I could withstand that much time couped up in a plane. I say fly me to Anchorage and allow me a night there before continuing on.

But cool pics.

xanax makes a big difference on long flights like that.

Oh man, reminds me of flying from HKG to ORD in economy. I swear the sun rose, set, and rose again and I feel like I lost a week of my life in my 31" of exixtance on that 747. A crappy old 747 at that. It had the old CRT monitors and the movies kept messing up. Not that I wanted to see Cheaper by the Dozen II anyway. I missed the new 777 that I took from NRT to HKG.
