No, it REALLY is all of them, every single one.

Height change passed unanimously at the Board yesterday 4/19.

I recall reading that this is fully financed, and they're well along in their building permits.

http://dbiweb.sfgov.org/dbipts/defau...=PermitDetails

Theoretically, this could start fairly soon.

Awesome. Looks like this may be the Achilles heel for NIMBYs in this town. Add on site BMR units to obtain height increases. Works for me!

Great to hear the news. This tower will be quite the sight from many vantage points.

The Agreement for Transbay Block 1 ... is slated to be conditionally approved by the City’s Office of Community Investment and Infrastructure Commissioners this afternoon.

Assuming San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors approves the Agreement this summer, the sale is expected to close escrow in the first quarter of 2017. And per the Agreement, construction is then required to commence within 30 days ...
so we're looking at about 9 months gestation

Looks like it slipped under the radar, but the Board of Supervisors approved the land sale on July 26 and it was signed by the mayor shortly thereafter.

Resolution 291-16

Checking the permit database, they filed for shoring and demolition permits in July as well, so things are progressing.

I think this (from the June comment above) still holds:

so around March or April probably things start moving?

in the Park Tower construction cam view, it looks like the existing building on the 100 Folsom St site is being demolished. here in the lower-right corner of the screenshot:

^^^ Nice catch! In the time lapse video, you can see the "instant" collapse of the structure near the end.

does anyone know what they're building north of solaire (across the street from the highway ramp exit)? In the park tower construction cam you can see a lot of work being done in that space...

It's the last part of the Solaire Development - affordable housing of some sort I think.

Renaissance? When was the SF skyline ever in decline?
