The southernmost section adjacent to the existing building that was just finished may appear a lot sooner than the rest--

It's hard to keep up with all of the projects happening in Midtown. A great issue to have !

I agree. I love that site's potential and the 'gulch' area tangential to the restored norfolk southern building)- it looks like they're really trying to create a nice urban vibe there - perfect for downtown right now imo.

Does anyone know what’s going on at 116 Luckie street? I remember hearing a while back that it was going to be student apartments but haven’t seen any renderings for it and noticed construction has already started. Thanks!

Yea, it's talked about more in the Atlanta forum https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=330. It's called The Metropolitan:

Does anyone know when the project in Buckhead at 3330 piedmont rd supposed to start? At the piedmont peach tree crossing where disco Kroger is at? It’s a Regency center project. I remember hearing something about redevelopment of that whole section with new condo tower, offices and lots of retail. If it’s going to get around to breaking ground.

WTF...

Please don't tag a "quote" with pics in it and fail to ask a ? about the "quoted" subject.
It's misleading and out of step with what this forum is about. IJS

The renderings of the new Portman proposal on Spring in the ABC today look fantastic. Very elegant.

Agreed...top shelf stuff. Too bad I read it's not supposed to break ground until end 2021 at the earliest.

"901 West Peaachtree" between 7th and 8th across from Alexan 880 high rise ?

Mostly like the others. Part is built to the lot line and, therefore, cannot have windows. Only the sides facing the street matter.

Does anyone know exactly how you can post pictures or articles on here? Since I’m new to the site, I run across different things that be New developments and proposals, I have not yet figured out how to take what I see on like what now Atlanta or curbed or any site that has development News post or pictures. Have not figured that part out yet. I’ve seen stuff that hasn’t been posted yet in past and when I run across it I can post first hand as I get it. Just asking so that I can figure out how to post developments and pictures like everyone else does on here. It’s easier then to try and write what I run across and details vs. posting it . Haha. I’m not as computer savvy as y’all younger guys on here.

Don’t worry...you’re good. This one of the reasons why I don’t post as much on here anymore. Too many small minded individuals. And some are just ignorant (unaware of facts). It’s insane. Kind of like statements where some on here act as if soooooo much is going on here, and don’t realize that just as much if not more is going on in every semi major city. Lol

So, you are calling people "small" minded for voicing an opinion?
