I drove past on my way home yesterday and noticed (unrelatedly) that the Red River realignment has been paved and striped, and some of he barriers have been moved. Crossing fingers they’re about to reopen it.

Time for a close up.

The office portion in the foreground. Transitioned from underground parking levels to above ground after ‘ breaking ground’ this month- must be a record.

It looks like at the pace it's going currently, we'll likely see some of the blue cladding start to be installed in a month or so. It will be nice to see how it looks in real life...

This is one of my favs, solely because it's got the stones to be royal blue. I honestly wish it were a little bit more front and center in the skyline. We could use more variation like this.

I wonder if it'll be similar to Zach Theater or if it'll be darker?

It looks like something you'd see in a more urban city.

Outside of 6x Guad, I agree because it extends the skyline to that area and coming down from 35

Yup. This is my favorite thing going up at the moment.
Hanover brazos looks sweet too in the skyline. Adding lots of density there. 6XG looks as tall as the austonian and the independent when going down east oltorfe towards downtown. Once Austin establishes a plateau of 650-700 foot buildings and a taller one poking out it'll have a large downtown feel like Dallas. 5 more years and we'll be there!
