That's a shame. To get there, I usually click through your signature line and then click to the latest page!

Congrats to Wilmington folks on the progress of these projects. These have been in the works for a while, so keep in mind there is generally more good news coming beyond what gets posted here. And for anyone who has been meaning to explore the city but hasn't yet, I definitely recommend checking it out once the flowers start blooming and the weather warms up a bit. It's a great little city with a bunch of folks who are working to make it better, and I was proud to live and work there for six years. Don't sleep on it

[QUOTE=jonesrmj;9220151]According to your drawing, the building is 203 feet tall:

If you add strictly the building - floor by floor it’s 140 (approximately), that seems to show the height with sea level factored it. The first level begins at like 64 feet.

Do you make these rules or just enforce them?

If you have any scoops, please share! I still can't figure out why the Wilmington Preservation Commission allowed for a bunch of buildings to be demo'd this summer on 4th Street, right off Market Street, that fall within the Market Street Historic zone. Now there is a small fence around the perimeter - an empty field. This better be a new building soon.

Summers can you delete the thread I made...

https://skyscraperpage.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=246240

Also isn't it supposed to be in construction phase since it has started? or are we waiting a little bit.

Done! I just merged your post with the Thread in the proposals section created by McGrath.

Forum policy to move a high rise to the "under construction" section would be foundation work. Excavation doesn't count. We need to see either caisson installation, or some sort of rebar/concrete work. Once you see rebar on the site, post a photo and we'll move it to "under construction."

Just enforce it. Forum rules are 12 floors minimum to qualify as a "high rise." This is pretty standard with other publications I've seen when defining what a high rise is. Usually, it's 12 floors or taller.

An update on the low-rise development in Conshohocken. Two new complexes along the river and construction started on the new train station.

That's awesome. With Amerisource Bergen and Hamilton Lane moving into Sora West and 7 Tower Bridge soon, plus the new hotel that just started as well, plus these two projects with nearly 600 units between them... that's a crazy amount of new development that will be delivering in Conshohocken over the next two years. Really excited to see how this area feels in 5 years when these projects are all stabilized and covid is long forgotten.

Gotcha.

Don't suppose anyone knows of a forum with less of a laser focus on tall buildings that allows for more general discussion on philly urbanism?

I totally understand this place is called SkyscraperPage and that's what a lot of people are primarily interested in.
