Love that shot. Makes me really pine for a wholesale redevelopment of the six corners intersection at Chicago/Milwaukee in the foreground. St.Johns Church and Chicago Academy fo the Arts building make such great potential frontage for that intersection that I am hoping somehow that immediate care and CVS can be demolished/moved and the two former buildings exposed to make a large square with themselves at the forefront. The density being built around the area is already great but those two buildings deserve to take center stage for that intersection.

I know you're joking but I bet they'd still sell if they did, not sure how feasible it would be from an engineering standpoint though. That would put it back roughly at its originally proposed height of 1046'
