Haha I chuckled at that too.

I meannnn... it's not THAT far.... give 13 or so blocks. One could realistically walk to the waterfront pretty easily LOL

I didn’t have time to take a picture since I was on my way to a meeting, but I could’ve sworn I saw caissons installed at the northeastern corner of the site!

Awesome! Was beginning to think they were trying to compete with Toll Bros for the biggest hole in the city.

Haven't seen this pic posted in here yet from the Philly YIMBY article. To me the far away rendering looks too much like orange paneling, so I was a bit nervous. But this close up made me get it. I like it, glad it's moving.

Yeah, I was a bit nervous when I saw the new renderings - it seemed like they were watered down but it’s growing on me. I think the new design fits better with the neighborhood and sort of plays off of 1213 Walnut nicely.

I'm surprised how well I can see the crane for this project along with the topped out structure of Jessup House from my favorite shot to take photos in New Jersey. That means I'll definitely see this rise into the skyline later this year. I might even be able to capture Somi 1620 from there when it tops out as well
