The Seattle skyline is basically shot from two locations-the Space Needle and Alki Point and unfortunately this building will block the view of Two Union Square from Alki Point

It hides Two Union from some angles and hides the Washington Mutual building form some angles too. But from Alki it's not too bad.

DATED - Downtown as seen on June 23, 2019 from Alki in West Seattle.

The Rainier Tower 2 construction is lit up to the right of Two Union Square.

Five weeks later, it's now by far the tallest building in the photo.

No kidding!

The only problem with that angle is, the Seattle Municipal Building is blocked by F5

That nighttime pic of the skyline is great too, if the pic stretched further to the right it would look like NYC from across the Hudson

If Rainier Square isn't topped out, it's close

Another great shot

Now if the skyline could just get more height in NoDo, it would really look like manhattan

This tower makes a huge impact! I love the glazing on it too, it's going to look great once it's done.

This tower was the first thing I noticed when driving over from Vancouver yesterday on the I5. It honestly almost looks like the same height as Columbia Center from that vantage point. I'm surprised how little this thread gets updated.
