Going big in Seattle isn't the same as going big in Chicago or NYC. Much much much more expensive thanks to being in an earthquake zone and the FAA zoning heights in Seattle are dogshit(Boston has this problem as well).

Earthquake or not, nowhere in America is remotely as expensive to build as NY.

I don't think these designs will age well. What looks high-tech now will look outdated in 15-20 years. Love the density and massing, but I think the pixelated fenestration patterns will ultimately be deemed a mistake in a few decades. Who knows, though, in 30-40 years, it could come back into style.
