I would expect them to start soon. As mentioned, seems they've been going on forever. Since last fall anyways.

Once you start to notice all the miscellaneous tools, drill heads, etc start disappearing, that means they're clearing site for excavation.

They are putting in lots of caissons this afternoon. Two drilling rigs going non stop. Rebar cages look to be about 3 or 4 ft in diameter.

Looks like apartment fit outs going on in the upper floors. Kind of hard to see with the glare. But def steel studs at the top.

Thanks for the photos! Way further along with the fit outs than I thought.

I notice there are 4 steel piles in a square at the NW corner of site. Potential crane location. I suspect 2 cranes for Sutton Place?

A crumbled curb full of crud is such a Winnipeg thing, as it relates to downtown streets and other notable thoroughfares. I think.

So we know Graham by TNS is getting redone this year... has anyone seen plans? Is there a real streetscaping plan for Graham or is the city just going to go basic and half-ass it?

Should follow the SHED streetscaping guidelines I would presume, which is pretty basic. Concrete with the paving stones lines. Fancy light fixtures.

Ya. Still haven't seen anything with the screen.

Also. PSA. The paving stones lines on the sidewalks are to mark where the walking aisle is!

Now that phase 1 is almost at its completion, I'm hoping we can get a camera(s) focused on the Sutton project.

Noticed Subterranean mobilized another Soilmec rig in the last couple of days. It appears they are not slowing down on the caisson installations at this time.

The new Pizzeria Gusto in TNS is expecting to be open by late fall.

Also, damn it would be amazing if as part of the Graham skywalk rehab, they opened up the north side of city place 2nd/3rd floor to have windows connecting to TNS skywalk. Then did the same thing to the main floor...

I also hope they upgrade the skywalk lighting under the Hargrave skywalk portion. It's sketchy down there at night with the long blank wall.
