Then don't take it seriously, this is an internet discussion forum.

Pound for pound, I'm not sure I'd even place Toronto in the top 10. It's too nondescript (with the exception of the CN tower, which is an eyesore). The case may be very different in a decade with the handful of U/C and planned supertalls.

That's crazy talk. Jacksonville has a better skyline than either Manhattan or Chicago.

^ What's that in kilograms though?

Here's a small slice south of the Financial District featuring the eyesore and a number of nondescript towers built, half a dozen under construction and some more in the pipeline.

Suggest you add 20 more grams of jam on your toast tomorrow.

^awesome image, but a little over the top with saturation and computer alterations. Looks like an animation.

I love Montreal's older towers. And yes with all of the construction Montreal is on a growth tear.

Doesn't Montreal have a height limit tied to the elevation of Mont Royal? It seems like the skyline is a little plateaued, which tends to happen where height limits have been established.

Montreal and Toronto both have some really nice late 60's/early 70's corporate towers. Very impressive lineup for both cities. The residential stuff from that era tends to be crap, but the major offices are really world class.

Lol this is way over-stylized. The CN tower's proportions are not that sleek, let's be real. Plus I acknowledged things will change soon, but for the sake of this discussion it's not really relevant til they're making an impact on the skyline.

I don't get the hate-on for the CN tower. It is a nice tower, and never fails to impress me every time I see it (which is very often)

Ostankino Tower in Moscow: now that is one ugly motherfucker.

IMO Toronto has a much larger and more impressive skyline than LA and SF... 3rd behind NYC and Chi.
