haha.. thanks man.. i'm just using modeling lights.. no strobe.. it makes for a soft, moody frame.. as for indoor shutter speed, i shoot with a really fast lens and a high ISO... normally f/2.0-2.8 ISO 400-800.. a built in flash creates a harsh, static frame with nasty shadows and red eyes.. an external flash would work best for you.. even if its just raised up off the camera a tad, it makes a difference... place it off to the side on a small stand and bam, you've got great light.. not sure if you can sync to an external with your cam, but that'd be the way to go.. outside that, open the aperture and ISO up all the way... find the strongest light indoors... another option would be to see if you can stop your flash down.... i'm pretty sure you can.... that'll help when you have to use the onboard unit.... use the shadow/highlight tool in PS to bring the rest of the frame out...

^Actually, that's some pretty good info so far. I use a FZ50. It has a TTL flash hot shoe.

Ninajatune all I have to say is , you're the man, a true professional of his craft. I also cheked out the chicks set on flickr and was speechless, if you keep putting out work like this your children will have trust funds. How much would you charge to do a similar set for some models for there websites.
