That last pic makes me wonder how many years it will be until we have a similar race for height happening on the Northern edge of Central Park?!

Would definitely be cool to have a full valley of supertalls, but zoning regulations seem pretty locked in place for that area, and there really isn't a demand for such heights. So it'll probably be at least several decades, if at all

Most of the areas surrounding Central Park are protected historic districts so supertalls going up elsewhere around Centeal Park is very unlikely.

Also, there are height limits once you get out of the special midtown district where there are no height limits.

Those close-ups, if the color is true, are wild. The color that is. What have they stated the color would be...Powdery Blue Silver? Really excited to see it bare naked, without its wraps. Thanks for the Close-ups!

They finished the 5th concrete floor out of the 7 that will be in the crown, then the steel. Could top out late September possibly

I think that actuelle height is around 1500ft almost 460m!!!!!!!
Now we are above willis tower height of 15m.
Central park tower now hold the titel of king of midtown .
Cpt near topped out its domine new york city skyline .
Someone can take us of picture frome one world trade center observatory ??

Yup, they're at 1,488 feet. And the next floor will be at 1,500, then the roof at 1,515. Then the crown
