I think the newest BMWs have really ugly designs. Photo taken 12.7.2023.

Seriously terrible and even in their best trim, just ok.

Mustang Salience

Red Mustangs always make for good photos.

This is one of my favorite years, 1969.

This one looks like a 2004.

Pulled up to a Cars & Coffee this weekend.

Here are some of the more interesting builds.

One of my fav cars from the 90s. The SC300/430. Love the plate SCEEESH!

Interesting collection here. 4Runner, a couple of R35 GTRs, a 3000GT, and an Integra Type R.

McLaren 720S

MKIV Supra

Clean FD RX-7

AE86

Supra gang

Some SUV content since it's interesting. Nissan Safari.

And of course, my car along with another buddy's SW20, parked next to a clean EK hatch.

Pulled up to a meet hosted by SJSU's automotive club over the weekend. Pre-met with some of the local MR2 bois and then we mobbed out. Broke so many necks that night when we arrived. Ngl everyone straight up stopped what they were doing and turned toward us yelling "MR2’s"! Then everyone started waking over with their cameras and phones. Felt like a scene outta F&F.

Some photos:

What modifications did you make to your MR2 for the meet, and how do you think these changes contributed to the attention and positive reactions you received?

My car which I love is and baby is nothing too special.

***If I have crossed a line taking found photos into the general thread lmk, I’m not sure. Not something I plan to continue just saw post your car, I was playin some music and put down some stuff. A project I ideally plan on getting/rebuilding at some point.

2021 Ford Fusion

Now the car I want is this special tweak on the truck I grew up in. I would love to buy a Bronco II from the South and or West and paint and kit it out like this. Damn the high center of gravity, I’ll just widen the wheel base for the little good it will do me.

Also an acceptable outcome though perhaps a lesser format.

This lucky prototype was based on a silver 1969 AMX with a 390- inch engine. Legendary Design VP Richard Teague gave custom designer George Barris free rein to design a halo car a head turner to bring people into AMC showrooms. The AMX-400 ended up on TV for a brief period before it was bought up by Dominos owner Tom Monaghan who bought the Tigers in 1983 brining them to their last World Series Championship in 1984 before selling them in 1992.

Quote:
The 400 made its rounds around the world’s top auto shows. The AMX only has 3,300 miles on it, and fortunately, it had been stored indoors for more than 30 years. The original Joe Bailon paint was still intact but not in good enough condition to save, so sadly, Geary had to remove a paint job that had been applied by one of the true pioneers in custom painting. The new candy paint job was applied by Dave Tabacynski at Tabz Toyz in Lancaster, New York, who, with the help of Ron Lasker, finished restoring the car right before a visit to the 50th anniversary of AMC celebrated in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in 2004.
The car was then reunited with its creator in Detroit at the '05 Autorama. Barris was so impressed with the restoration that he invited Mike and Lin Geary to show the car with him at the Goodguys' 8th annual Nationals. Interest in the car spread quickly, and Geary received an offer to display the AMX 400 at the Walter P. Chrysler Museum's Hot Rods and Cool Mods exhibit, where it stayed until late 2006.

Glad to see this unique machine home again at the 2023 Concours D’Elegance
