Another construction update from Vesper sales:
"The construction team continues to make excellent progress at the building! Roof work has begun, including the roof canopy steel erection, as well as the setting of VRF condensing units, plus the pouring of the elevator machine room and the elevator roof slabs. The top out beam has been set into place in the canopy as well.
Permanent power has been energized to the building from Austin Energy. Not to mention the elevator machines have been set into place in the elevator machine room. Lastly, interior unit finishes such as cabinetry, wall & floor tile as well as door installation are progressing up the building as planned."
Just up the street from where Pearlstone plans to build 62 East, the Vesper condo building is expected to be delivered at 84 East Ave. in the second quarter of 2024. The 41-story, 275,570-square-foot condo tower's 284 luxury residences are 60% sold and there are one- and two-bedroom condos available as well as penthouses.
I don't know if Urbannizer has a drone. But the person who took the photograph (Grexsys) has been taking excellent drone photos for years. His work is worth looking up.
