I don't know if it's just me, but JC is seriously underrated in terms of their development boom. 634 FT is great, especially for replacing a surface parking lot.

A lot going on. NJ's skyscraper capital in a nutshell. I think Newark will suprise folks on a side note in the future, good things happening there.
