Rockwell Park is an innovation district a century in the making. This adaptive reuse development is located in Pittsburgh's East End neighborhood of North Point Breeze. This neighborhood was home to Rockwell, Edison, Westinghouse, Heinz, and Carnegie.
This development sneaked up on us under the radar during the pandemic. The historic preservation covers a large area. The are is virtually unchanged since the 1920's. Some of the the streets are still paved with brick.
